How do I find my tyre size?

The size of your vehicles tyres are molded onto the sidewall of your tyres. Your tyre size is made up of mostly numbers with some letters too. Please see an example below of what you will see on your tyres:

This example tyre size means:

195 – The width of your tyre in millimetres
65 – The profile of your tyre, this is the height of the tyre’s sidewall as a percentage of the width of the tyre
R15 – The diameter of your tyre’s rim in inches
95 – The load index for your tyre tyre load index [view load index chart]
H – The speed rating of your tyre, this shows the maximum speed that your tyre can safely reach whilst under full load [view speed rating chart]

Your tyre may also have XL or RF at the end of the tyre size, which mean Extra Load or Reinforced respectively
